Our fast and precise multi-lane dosers are designed for a wide range of products including liquids, semi-liquids, powders, granules, solids, and wet tissue. These dosers can be easily installed on all of our machines. In cases where necessary, we can install multiple dosers on the same machine to dispense different types of products in the same sachet.

Boato Pack Machines
Boato Pack’s vertical four-side seal machines stand out with their unique ability to produce single sachet, twin sachet, triple, etc., filled with the same or different products simultaneously (i.e. solid/liquid/powder) for each lane.
These machines offer a range of options including sealing pattern, easy tear notch, longitudinal and horizontal perforations, as well as coding solutions (embossing, hot foil, ink-jet, laser).
Boato Pack’s Tornado Evo models offer flexibility with various sealing area sizes: 11.811 in, 17.7165 in / 18.8976 in and 23.622 in, catering to a wide range of packaging needs. All models have the capability of “fast format change” (BPMBS®), and can load reels of up to 23.622 in in diameter (except the EVO 300, 19.685 in diameter).
Boato Pack’s vertical stick Pack machines have various options in terms of sealing pattern, easy tear notch, horizontal perforation, and coding solutions (embossing, hot foil, ink-jet, laser).
The Tornado Stick model can load 35.4331 in reel width and up to 39.3701in diameter, and stick width from 0.669291 in to 1.9685 in, and has the capability of “fast format change” for width and number of lanes.
Boato Pack’s pillow bag machines, named Flow Pack, have various options in terms of sealing pattern, easy tear notch, horizontal perforation, and coding solutions (embossing, hot foil, ink-jet, laser).
The Tornado Flow model can load 47.24409 in reel width and up to 39.3701 in diameter, and is available in 4-5-6 lanes, with maximum bag width 5.31496 in – 4.33071 in – 3.54331 in, and has the capability of width size “fast format change”.
